March 12 through 19, 2014, the National Park Service will be in Cave Creek Regional Park and on-trail maintaining the area.
Their work consists of treating invasive species in the park, especially in the Go John Trail area.
Cave Creek Regional and the trails remain open, but Maricopa County Parks and Recreation asks recreationists to avoid this area during the project.
